Tags

An item can have more than one tag across collections. Use the tags dashboard, context menu, and bulk actions, choose chip style, hierarchy, optional colors, icons and emojis, and get suggested tags—recent, existing clustering vectors, or new AI suggestions.

  • StructureLabel items across collections. Use hierarchical tags when you want filters to include a whole branch, and keep the same tag on items in different collections.
  • AppearanceHow tag chips look across the library—simple, underlined, hollow, or filled—plus optional colors, icons, and emojis.
  • Context MenuRight-click a tag for nest, rename, edit, color, pin, move, and other actions without leaving the tags list or dashboard.
  • Bulk ActionsSelect many tags at once from the tags dashboard and act on them together—merge, export, color, remove color, and more.
  • Suggested TagsPropose tags while you organize. Toggle suggestions and use recent, existing clustering vectors, or new AI-backed suggestions.
